Mother's Day Intro to Sewing

Class Description

Each reservation is for TWO people Because we're serving food and drink, masks will be OPTIONAL for this class We'll be serving yummy cocktails and mocktails from our neighbor Dear Sandy, tasty snacks, and you and your guest will go home with an adorable mini floral arrangement from another neighbor of our's--Angry Florist! Our class project will be reversible tote bags--all materials provided! Students are welcome to bring their own fabric and/or machines. If you're bringing your own fabric, please bring four pieces of 16" x 18" woven (nonstretchy) fabric--two for the inside of the bag and two for the outside. We'll be hosting an indigo dye bath the day before. Join us for the dye bath and use your fabric to make your tote bag! (separate signup required!) We'll take care of the washing/prep after you've dyed it ;) Please email us with any food/drink allergies/requirements prior to the event! We want everyone to be able to enjoy refreshments :)
