Class Description
Make a beautiful drawstring bag inspired by Japanese komebukuro. This style of bag has a cinching top and a flat bottom, making it perfect for storage. Students will have the option of making small or large bags. All materials will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own fabric if desired. Two fat quarters or more of quilting cotton are recommended. In this class students will learn: -How to apply fusible interfacing -How to make a bag lining -How to topstitch -How to sew a drawstring
